License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dotly on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your Workflowy account and any content you sync through Dotly.
- You agree to use Dotly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for any content (notes, text) you capture and sync.
In-App Purchases
Dotly offers an optional one-time purchase (Dotly Pro) to unlock premium features across all platforms. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
Third-Party Services
Dotly integrates with Workflowy. Your use of Workflowy through Dotly is subject to Workflowy's own terms of service. We are not responsible for Workflowy's availability, functionality, or any changes to their service.
Intellectual Property
Dotly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Dotly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Dotly, including any loss of data.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Dotly after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
