Description of Service
Yogly is an iOS application that helps you track your YouTube yoga practice. The app allows you to:
- Share YouTube yoga videos to log practice sessions
- Plan future yoga sessions and schedule weekly routines
- View your weekly practice history, insights, and statistics
- See AI-powered exercise breakdowns from your videos
- Bookmark favorite sessions and organize by instructor
- View home screen and lock screen widgets with practice summaries
- Optionally integrate with Apple Health to display workout data
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Yogly on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your use of Yogly and any content you log.
- You agree to use Yogly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the YouTube videos you log.
In-App Purchases
Yogly offers an optional subscription (Yogly Pro) to unlock premium features such as advanced planning and unlimited favorites. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
Third-Party Content
Yogly allows you to log YouTube videos. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google. The videos you log remain the property of their respective creators. Yogly only stores metadata (title, duration, thumbnail URL) for your personal tracking purposes.
Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health, you grant Yogly permission to read relevant workout data. This integration is subject to Apple's HealthKit terms and guidelines.
AI-Powered Analysis
Yogly uses automated analysis of your videos to identify exercises and movements. This analysis is provided for informational purposes only, may not be accurate, and depends on the availability of video data from YouTube. It should not be relied upon for medical, fitness, or safety decisions.
Intellectual Property
Yogly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Yogly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Yogly.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Yogly after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
